Founded in 1997, Facilitation Pty Ltd is an Australian company whose core business is to review, develop and enhance clients’ disaster and emergency management systems, plans and capabilities.

The directors of Facilitation Pty Ltd are highly qualified and experienced emergency management practitioners and educators. All have held senior appointments at the Australian Emergency Management Institute at Mount Macedon and in emergency management agencies. They have been responsible for the design and development of disaster and emergency management and emergency risk management processes accepted throughout Australia and their expertise has routinely been sought by international agencies and governments.

The company has developed a significant and diverse portfolio of corporate and government clients and maintains strong links with Australian and international emergency management agencies. Facilitation Pty Ltd’s directors have designed and written emergency risk management plans, systems and procedures; developed and conducted customised emergency management training programs; developed, conducted and reviewed emergency management exercises (tabletop, operations centre and field exercises); evaluated emergency management processes and operations and presented detailed reports; and provided on-going advice and support to enable clients to sustain viable emergency risk management programs and processes. In addition, Facilitation Pty Ltd  offers significant knowledge and expertise in occupational health and safety planning and performance procedures and processes.
